I received a sales call on January 12, 2012. The lady from Key One Solutions promised to lower my interest rate on my credit cards and my line of credit through my bank. It was explained very clearly over the phone that my credit card would not be charged until my rates were lowered. That was not the case, my card was charged immediately. I called to inquire about the when my credit card interest rates would be lowered. The customer service representative put me in contact with their financial advisor. He told me that my interest rate could not be lowered. I called back customer service to find out how I could cancel the service if that is what they call it! I was told that if my balance on all my credit cards were under 3,000.00 then they would refund the money. So I took my income tax refund and lowered it to under 3,000,00 and faxed the documents to them as requested. March 1, 2012 I called customer service to verify that the fax was received. They got the fax telling me that I would be refunded the money on May 1. I never received the money so I called back a week later. The customer service representative informed me that another company handles refunds and I did not get the money due to human error. I was furious when the man told me that I would get the money refunded on June 14. On June 13, I called to remind them so human error would not be the excuse. Needless to say it is June 14 with no refund so I contacted them again. Ashley, the customer service representative said that she was going to bring it to her manager's attention. I will call again tomorrow to find out what the next sorry excuse will be this time. This is a scam and I hope something can be done about it!
