Tried to purchase pc cleanup with Avanquest. The price showed $29.99. When I received a confirmation e-mail the bill for for $51.93 which included the pc cleaner $29.99, a pc cleaner 2 year upgrade certificate $14.95 which I did not order and $6.99 for extended download service; again not ordered. When I called the 888-846-9563 I talked to someone maybe from India (phone line was crackled) and gave the order # to him to cancel the order. He did not act like he knew what I was talking about. When I called back that afternoon, the phone line was empty and then a busy signal.
