This is a problem since 09/15/2006 with promisses and handshakes, to come back and fix the collapse of a walkway and steps. I was told by another landscaper that the problem was the result of a very poor base for the pavers and steps. An estimate of $4,700.00 was given to dig up the pavers and steps and reset it all, and put in a much deeper base. A complaint was filed with the the Better Buiness Bur. the Fair Trades Comm. and Angie's List. (I have complaint numbers for all) They all gave Lawngevity Landscaping a very poor rating. Lawngevity was given the opportunity to respond to me and correct the problem, but as of this date they have not. I am not looking for money, I just want the problem corrected. Thank you Bill A.
