I applied for a payday loan and was didn't realise that I had been referred to a Broker. On checking my bank account later that day I noticed that they had taken £68.99 !!! When I checked with my bank they said that this had been taken by EFL!!! A finance company.
I applied for the loan as I was struggling to pay bills until payday. I think they are stupid taking money from people who are already struggling.
I HAVEN'T EVEN TAKEN ANY OF THE LOANS RECOMMENDED !!!!

- its horrid, same thing happened to me and lots of others, email katie and [email protected], you will get your money back minus a £5 admin fee and let the office of fair trading know, these people need shut down, good luck and dont give up

- i've just had a reply from jade to confirm my refund will be done on 29.06.12 and will take 1 -5 days, i am emailing every day, and have reported it too rip off britain who also have hundreds of complaints, i'll let u know when i get the money back

Hi.
The same thing happened to me with MYLOANS MACCLESFIELD a few days ago... Exactly the sum is £69.99 bcoz 1st was £1.00 and two days later £68.99.
I just would like ask, did you recover your money? It's possible ?
