Submitted my information, but was never told there was a $30.00 charge. When the rep got on the phone, he ask to many questions, "I told him to just cancel my information I was not interested Next thing I know 2 days later I get the $30.00 charge which cause my account to be charged fee's since I didn't have that amount in my account. I call 1-866-766-1710 and the person could hardly speak english. She said she could not find my name or my phone number and I should call back the next day.
