Same as everyone else, signed up for the free trial pay only shipping and handling. Thought thats was it then all these bottles kept coming. I called and actually spoke with someone who kept knocking the price down. I said no thank you I just want to return them. He told me I would probably not see a refund for 2 months I said thats fine. Well I tracked my shippment and it was delivered in England on Feb 2/12. Never say a credit on my credit card and it cost me $40.00 for the return postage. Now I call the number I originally called and of course I can't get through!@!!!!!!%&%^%*&(^&*
