On 5/7 I called this company and requested a free sample. All I would be charged is $4.19 as shipping. I used my credit card. I called on 5/18 to tell them not to send me any more stock. On 5/25 I was charged for a shipment of face cream. I called and spoke to Jamie who told me to wait until I received the box, write RMA35479944 on the box bottom and on the top write "refused/return to sender and drop it at the post office. I got the package several days later and did exactly as I had been instructed. I waited 2 weeks and was never shown a refund, received an e-mail or a phone call. On JUne 6th I called and requested a supervisor. I was never done the courtesy. I was told the supervisor stated I wait until 5/13 and call back. I called back today as instructed and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told they were in a meeting and they had not received my return to the warehouse. I was told to check my post office "it may be sitting there." I checked - it is not. Now this company has used my money and collected interest on it illegally for one month. I am out 74.98 and told the return {that I never ordered} and they continue to hold on to my money.
