On January 11,2002 Keith Slipper illegally evicted my chidren and I after buying our farm and home illegally from a predatory lender,Martin Gavriloff. This was a proven real estate fraud scam by these men and their partners involved, Keith Slippers' wife,Claire Geber,Andrea Lawrence,Andrew and Kandice Kaus,as well as a Sebastopol probate lawyer,Robert Kenney who helped set up the illegal sale between Gavriloff and Slipper.Local Sonoma Co.Courts never served justice correctly in our behalf,including our settlemant conference.We need assistance in finally seeing justice served, and this case deserves to be resolved protecting my family and our rights as the rightful owners of this property for 17 yrs. Recently on June 8,2012 KTVU ch.2 news reported on June 7,2012,Keith Slipper pleaded guilty of real estate fraud and mail fraud. He was arrested by the SanFrancisco F.B.I. and Federal attorney office. I have already contacted the F.B.I. and several other agencies concerning the case and the illegal sale of our farm. We urgently need assistance in clearing the title and returning it to the rightful owners,my son and I.If anyone has been a victim of these people,please contact the F.B.I. and Federal attorneys' office .We would greatly appreciate any and all help, and please as soon as possible!
