paid for pc speedy pro said they could not fix my computer and that i had no online security and i would need a tech transferred me to a tech who charged me 199.99 to fix my computer.could not understand the tech and saw what he did which was nothing i had not done already.when he was done he asked me if the computer was ok i said it was the same as when i called .he said call back in 15 days which i really dont want to do.a terrible experiance obviously speedy pc and qresolve must be associated with each other.i feel i was scamed by speedy pc.i asked speedy pc if there was an extra charge for taking over my pc and doing whatever they did they said no it was included in the 30.00 some odd dollars i paid them
