I sent money for 4 generators [2-15kwa, 1-25kwa and 1-33kwa]. 2 generators were supplied [2-15kwa] with the excuse that no EPA approval was given the 25kwa and 33kwa. Since 2010, I have been contacting their General Manager Jack Lee through phone number 086-13735766533 they are no more answering my call any longer. How do I go about getting my refund. I have all the document to back my claims up. Thanks.
