I tried to talk to their security officer to view all activity on my account but got the run-arounds. I'm sure since it was my money missing and not theirs they don't care what happens or if it's recovered. They gave me some bogus pieced together bank receipt and they wouldn't let me see who had been taking money out of my account. What kind of credit union deprives you of the right to see all activity on your account. Was it discrimination or were they scared their mistake could get them in trouble or give them a bad name? I wish someone would check up on their security measures or audit them and see if their hiding unfair practices with peoples accounts because of incompitant employees or whatever reason they didn't want to let me see my account activity.
