Signed up for a one month shipment. It was supposed to end there. Then they send a shipment and automatically billed me $30.00 so I refused acceptance of the shipment and asked the postal carrier to Return To Sender which they did. Now I have been charged an additional 20.00 so I called again and was told that they would eventually refund me. Well, well, now I've been charged again and they've had the returned item for over a month and a half. This has caused my account to be overdrawn which is going to cost me another $20 every time a transaction come s thru plus the original transaction. I'm furious.
