February of 2012 I recd. invitation to have a life insurance policy which I accepted for $10K and declined the 20K. I mailed a check for my first payment and signed on for auto payment from my bank. In April 2 payments were taken from my account, this is thru Mutual of Omaha. so I called their office and I was told that I had two policy on my account one for 10K and one for 20K. Since April I have been given the run-around and told different stories about the refund of my funds. June 5th a received a letter stating that I had to send a financial record of transactions to verify my payment history. Let me state that I was surprised that I was offered a policy, since I have not been able to acquire life insurance coverage for 8 years because of my health issues. I feel that someone has a list with senior names and health conditions that perhaps are not expected to live much longer. Through this list we are a target for our social security funds with no hope of anyone collecting on our death benefits. I have paid 255.00 at this point but I will only expect the funds of 4/2 and 6/9 for refund
