Before I did business with this company I scanned their website and everything looked legit that is until I bought an item from them. Immediately after sending money over to china where their stationed I got an email from them stating they would ship the phone on the next day witch was Friday. When I contacted them on Friday to retrieve my tracking number they told me their workers had a half day and it would not ship out until the following Monday. Monday came, I emailed them to once again retrieve my tracking number and to my surprise the rep gave me another excuse as to why it did not ship. The rep told me just before they were preparing my package to depart the facility it sustained damage from one of the workers dropping it and I would have to wait a week. I immediately became infuriate and requested a refund. The rep told me I would have to wait 20 days to receive my refund and I went along with waiting a week for a new phone. A week went buy and I contacted the rep for the third time and she told me they have a new phone however I ave to pay an additional 175 dollars, I finally came to my senses and realized I was being scammed.
