I applied on line for a unsecured credit card with Horizon cards on 3/20/2012 I received a card in the mail a few days later NET FIRST platinum it was supposed to have debited my bank account for a One time only payment of $19.95 but instead was debited for $29.95 the first month and has been debited every month since then, how do I get my money back. I am sure that this is a scam and how do I stop them. I have not used my card for any thing, it implied on line that it could only be used for web and computer sales, when I looked at the web site the only thing that i saw was tee shirts/practically a bunch of nothings.
