I ordered two Coach bags on this website, and I never received my order. I did received a confirmation of my order. Through that email I communicated with the manager named Violet Xiang. She said that she had refund my money because my order was out of stock. The true is that I never received the refund she promised; and I contact my credit card to look further. My USD $200.00 is gone. They took my money. I keep emailing the manager and she just disappear! Be careful! This company is originated in Suzhou, China.
