I ordered a pair of shoes through their website, received a confirmation of payment through Paypal and Anne-Shoes but never received a shipping confirmation or the shoes.
Sometime in mid-May I received a sponge in the mail from either China or Singapore, and I thought, "That's a mistake," and didn't think more of the sponge until I read one of the reviews here.
I filed a claim with Paypal, and the e-mail ([email protected]) from Anne-Shoes reported that the "item" has been shipped.
I will call Paypal tomorrow and see if I can find a live person to tell the whole story to.
Ugh!
