I applied for a loan at another online cash advance payday loan place and was approved. I never even went to Capital Advance. I was checking my checking account on my Birthday to make sure everything had cleared with my other advance and there was a check charge for $30.00 to Capital Advance Capital Payday #866-766-1710 taken out of my account which I never approved. Now I am going to have to close my account because I am so worried that after reading these complaints that there will be more charges taken out of my account. I am going to take copies of these letters to the bank and hopefully they will return the check and not charge me. BE VERY CAREFUL!!

- I understand what you went through I had the same thing happen to me. It is not fun trying to get my money back. I have been trying since June when it happened. Hope you will have luck at getting your money back
