I received a certicate saying that I won this amount of money all I had to do is send $20.00 to claim it but instead I went on line to see if it was a scam and of course it was I THINK THIS IS UNFAIR AND THEY NEED TO BE SUED I hope a lawyer reads this and the Better Business Bureau and they should be liable for getting peoples hopes up and they should have to pay for it.
