Alexander Nebre, Unlicensed contractor, scammed us homeowners, left unfinished work ,trusted him ,he asked for more money for supplies, and he's been lurking into Home Depot, LOWES, etc scamming the elderly as well! PLEASE ALERT AUTHORITIES AT ONCE, AS REPORTED, HE SCAMMED A TRUCK AND RENTAL BUSINESS. RECENTLY, JUSTICE NEEDS TO BE DONE!
