Purchased 2 pairs of shoes "half price" (should have known immediately something stunk) online and even though I used a credit card Rios processed as a PayPal transaction. I don't have a PayPal account. After a few days and a lot of after the fact research (stupid me) I contacted my credit card company to alert them not to pay. Unfortunately PayPal had already been paid. However, I have "fraud protection" on my credit card and my account was credited. The credit card company plans to actively investigate and report until their money is recovered. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
