Freecreditreport.com is not "FREE". After signing up for my wife and myself for a free credit report I was immediately charged $31.95 for each report. I called their customer service line and they told me that I had authorized an upgrade. This is incorrect. At no time did I agree to anything other than the Free report. I was never given any indication that there were charges or an upgrade. Customer service was no help either. They scam customers then try to convince you that you approved the charges. Of course you can't go back to the web site pages without signing up again. I was mislead and fraudulently charged and their customer service center would not make it right.Cheating customers is their business and appearantly they make a lot of money doing it.
