I went to register for the auction. It asked for my information and credit card number. I thought this was just a preliminary part of the registeration in the event I decided to bid on something. I then received an email saying that I had successfully purchased the bidding bundle and my card would be charged $99. I was never asked to confirm or approve the charge. I had no idea what the charge was for. I called their customer service immediately to find out what this charge was for. I was told that you have to prepay for a package and once you signed up it was non-refundable. I asked numerous times to speak with a manager and I was told he was unavailable. But because they wanted to help me out they would give me a $100 coupon voucher for restaurants in my area. I never received it. I want my money back.
