I noticed the money taken out of my account today, thinking I had the $30.00 to cover some grocieries I needed. I NEVER authorized this money to be taken out of my account. How do they do this? How do I get my money back? I have their phone number but of course it is the weekend and after business hours. Will I have any luck. What do I do!?

- i have been calling them since may 10th 2012 when they done it to me to they keep saying my refund is being processed i dont think they even intend on sending it im i contacting my local district attorney monday and the local law enforcement and go from there they are located in las vegas nv hope you have better luck than me

- Just a FYI HelpfulSara, if I call after work, cause I don't want folks knowing my business, so this would be sometime after 5:00 pm I get a message saying I've called after business hours to please call during business hours. I live in TX so it is surely between the 9 am-9pm time. just saying
