I was looking for 3 DS Nintendo (bundle flame rwd with Super Mario 3D Land). I placed my order and gave my credit card info. Did not get a comfirmation until the next day. Finally got confirmation after sending a request to track down my order. I had a bad feeling though. I got another email confirming the shipping, then today i checked again, and saw that other complaint have been filed. BUT i got a cancellation email from [email protected] today saying they are out of stock and that they will send me a refund.

Saz Wholesale is a bogus company advertising two distribution centers, one in Texas and another in Louisiana, both of which are the subject of complaints that these addresses are not in fact used by Saz Wholesale. Sazwholesale has responded to these complaints on this site, see Complaints 123250 and 123390 which document the fraudulent use of those addresses. Further information may be obtained by opening those separate complaints.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY as they have no physical address, no working phone or email contact information. -

Complaints should also be addressed to the Attorney General, State of Louisiana, Attn: Lisha Landry, 1885 North Third St., Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Be sure to cross-reference any complaint with these other entities as Saz is trying to "morph" into other entities staying one step in front of the law.

Per our conversation, we wish to file a formal complaint charging that SAZ Wholesale, d/b/a SAZWholesale.com, d/b/a Sazzle LLC, d/b/a Sazzlellc.com (herinafter referred to as “SAZ”) has, as of at least June 1, 2012 and continuing as of this date June 14, 2012, knowingly used legitimate personal information, fraudulently advertising the address of [name redacted] (and others) prominently on the Internet on its website, http://www.sazwholesale.com, to wit [see attached]:
