i went to check my bank account on this day and was shocked to see this company some how stole 30.00 dollars from my account i have called them ever day since may 11th and repeadedly they keep saying my refund has been processed and to keep check on my account for refund they even sent me a email saying my refund has been processed still to this date no refund.does anyone know where this company is located or what town they wrk out of as im getting ready to file charges against them for theft.any help will greatly be appriciated.they need to be stopped

- @ slimjim66, my online banking shows the check image, but there is no information about them other than the phone number which I will drive them insane everyday till they refund my money. The number I have is: 1-866-766-1710. Good luck to you and to all of us scamed by this group!!! I'm hoping the reps of scambook can help us!

- helpful sara if you a good person youll see that every one that has complained on here gets their money back heck ive been waiting over a month trying to get mine i was charged a bank fee of 30 dollars to plus the 30 yal took when can we expect our money back,i tryed calling i i kept getting hung up on so i emailed you to hope i hear a response asap

HelpfulSara, I agree with slimjim66, if you are a good person and live up to your screen name, you would be sure we all got our refunds. The email I rec'd from your customer service is dated 06/11/2012, asking to allow 10-15 banking days for the refund. So far no refund as of 06/19/2012 but it is only 6 banking days. Funny how that withdrawel didn't take 10-15 banking days. Anyway, I hope you help.
