I applied for a free kit via Facebook only having to pay for the postage . This arrived, without any paperwork, within 2 weeks.
When I receivedf my bank statement this morning I found that on the 15/5/2012 I was charged by this company £57.95. I am a pensioner and cannot afford this. How do I get my money back?
