We ordered Orchestra Row C tickets for Ghost in New York. It was supposed to be an E-ticket which means a ticket you download and print out right away. However, one of the staff members from the Website emailed us and said that in order to receive the tickets my mother has to send a picture of the card her drivers license and a signature. Sounds like a scam? i think so. Anyways, after we talked to the staff member, Stephanie DeMelo, she started saying that there is no refund and she can not give us the tickets we purchased without the information. My mom did not feel safe doing this. I researched to make sure this is a safe and secure website and it was not. Now she will not give us our money back or our Tickets. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
