On June 12/11 I placed an order for the entire set of Northern Exposure. I received a confirmation the same day. They charged my Mastercard the same day.

I have sent numerous emails through their "contact us" section of their website (where they say we'll hear back within 48 hours) in order to find the status of my order. The 1st email I sent was on June 17 and the last one on June 21. I have heard nothing. The site says their responses may go to SPAM, but this did not happen.

I've tried to find a phone number but have been unsuccessful.

There is a site with a similar name but with an "S" at the end of dvd. They are not connected with my problem at all.

    Postal Code : 510400
    City: Guangzhou
    Country : China
