I ordered what was suppose to be a trial of NuScience Skin Care and was supposed to be charged $2.99 but two weeks later I was charged $98.16. I called Direct Skin Care @ 888-473-1113 and was told I could get a refund because I was still in my 30 trial period. I sent it back to the return address 5300 Ontario Mills Pkwy Unit 400 Ontario, CA 91764. I was told that I could call with the Delivery Confirmation Receipt number and be credited back the $98.16 but when I called the number listed above I got a recording that said the number I called was not in service or that calls couldn't be recieved from my calling area.
