I called to order a magic mesh and got an automated voice. It asked me about ordering about 20 other items I did not want. I had to keep pressing a number on my phone to indicate "no I do not want this item". The automatic voice was extremely pushy. I finally ordered the magic mesh and about 4 or 5 weeks later a big box arrived and in it was the magic mesh but also 4 "Topsy Turvey" tomato planters. I was charged for these and now am stuck with the hassle of trying to get my money back. Has anyone tried the Better Business Bureau?? There is also a great syndicated consumer advocate radio show called 'The Clark Howard Show'. People can call in and air their complaints and Clark Howard has a staff who investigates them. They follow up and let their audiences know what happened. I think we should all call the Clark Howard Show in addition to taking other measure. Perhaps one of the TV network news programs such as ABC's '20/20' would be interested in doing a segment on these rip-off artists.
