My account had a $30 NSF Fee for what my bank told me was a payment for a payday loan. Funny thing is it was my savings account and not my checking account. My bank give me the name of Capital Advance and I called them just now and they said that they do not issue loans outside the state of Washington and mine was issued to Myrtle Beach. Matter of fact, and I hope that this person sees this but my bank told me that this was issued to Kyna Wells, 1510 Coastal Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 and provided me her phone number of 843-346-5048. I have asked that this person be prosecuted. I'm wondering how she got my information but we do frequent Myrtle Beach a lot so no telling. Kyna, you have some nerve and for all of you others out there with this problem, you can ask that your bank tell you WHO this was issued to as well. We need to put their names out there and they need to be held accountable. And, I'm not afraid!
