Today when looking through my account I noticed that a 30.00 dollar check had been debited from my account. I do not write checks so I was very confused. Upon viewing the check I noticed it had a company name listed as capital advance capital payday. However the check was made payable to Check Process. I called the number that was their and a lady finally answered the phone. I asked her why the took thirty dollars from my account. The employee stated it was for a processing fee so they can set me up with a payday advance. I told the employee that i never have recieved any payday loan nor did i want one. I further explained that I have never had any contact with this company what so ever. I did not give anyone any permission to take money from my account. I am not sure how they even got my info. I had to close my bank account due to this. I have never heard of loan were they take money from a person and then lend them money. This is a scam company. THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN THEIVES.
