I was told by a verizon wireless sales assoicate that I had an additional 14 days with the telephone that they replaced. After I could not get customer service from the store, I call there help line. They replaced the phone with an I phone. I went into the store to have them activate it. They told me to leave the store and not to come back to a Verizon dealer. They are now sending a bill to collections for unpaid services, and a eariy termination fee. I was totally humiliated in the store, as I'm not a threatening person. Now this bill in infringing on my chance of purchasing a home as it will reflect on my credit report.
