Metro Entertainment sold me pre-sale tickets to a Hollywood Bowl show leading me to believe that they were the official company of the event when they were not. Tickets sold for $50 more then the ticketmaster price before they went on sale so I had no way of knowing the actual price. They offer NO refunds or exchanges. I could have sat in the front row for the price I ended up paying. They also included major service fees! :(
