I did not lose any money but thought I would let everyone know my experience with them. Talked to one of the reps. and he told me that they could lower my interest rate to 3.9%. So I was curious and know not to give any info over the phone and he did not ask for anything except how much I owe on my credit card. Anyway when he told me about the one time fee of $1488 I told him that there was no way that I could pay that. He said 'Well good luck then" and he hung up on me.
