I signed up for home web education package with an advertised guaranteed 30 day 100% no questions asked money back offer. I called for the refund on April 30th. "there is a problem with the refund, we'll have to send it to Corporate, but it should be no problem, it will just take a little longer." I called again 2 days later, and again a week later. Then I was told to wait at least 2 weeks for the check to arrive in the mail or my credit card to be refunded. No money came back. I called again today and the contact number is no longer valid. TOTAL SCAM!!!!
