I switched from AT&T to time warner cable the bundle and I was told by coustomer service to mail my last bill from at&t to switch to twc time warner cable P.O. Box 7872 Melville, NY. 11747-7872 I done that and I still have not recieve a $200 gift yet or I have not heard from time warner its been 2 1/2 months I would like to recieve my gift card thank you Debora Gay my address is 1420 Atkins St. Cedar Hill, Tx. 75104 Thanks Again
