The transfer was already documented for Wire Transfer completed on
Wednesday, May 30, 2012. It was advised that in 2 - 3 days the wire
would be finalized. It is now, Tuesday, June 5, 2012 and there is no evidence of
a transfer completed. I understand the Exchange Rates. So, unless this
email is "FRAUDULENT" the wire transfer has not been completed to
CITIbank, USA. I was informed by my CITIbank branch manager that there
is no need to pay a "Wire Transfer Fee" of $476 US dollars due to the
International Funds are being sent to a United States' CITIbank branch.
I was, further informed that the "Wire Transfer Fee" would be deducted
through the "Wire Transfer Department."

NOW, WHAT IS THE TRUTH REGARDING THIS EMAIL! Forgive me for my
frustration, but I have already said a kind, "THANK YOU" to Mr. & Mrs.
Dave and Angela Dawes.

Now, after your "Certificate of Authenticity," attached, for the wire transfer has
been shown to my CITIbank branch, I am unsure of the "Truthfulness of
this Miracle."
