In the early part of October, 2011 we were contacted by Robert Esparza. He seemed to know quite a bit about our situation with Wachovia/Wells Fargo. He explained the title ownership issue in terms of the Securitization process. He assured us that with all the changes between Wachovia and Wells Fargo, it would be impossible for them to produce the appropriate title for our home.

On or about 10/6/11 we signed a contract and made two payments of $2,575.00. (I have copies of both checks for a total of $5,150.00.) In addition to this loss, we were further advised to skip a couple of payments to "get their attention". This didn't work because, in the end, Wachovia/Wells did have the original title in their possession.

All the money and effort resulted in nothing of value to us. They stopped corresponding. I have sinve filed three complaints with www.ic3.gov, but have no heard back from them despite requests for status.

I have all records re: United Services Group (USG).
