I hired Neil Decker to make me a chassis for my vw dunebuggy. He agreed to make it for me, told me the chassis with shipping and extra parts will cost $1847.00. I sent hime $1900.00 by money order. He pulled the time for a year, making excuses, for example: my stepmother broke her hip; I am sick; I'm going for a cruise after the holidays; I was working for FEMA, etc...
Now in April of 1012 he said the chassis is ready, he will get it weight it, and send it. Since then I cannot contact him in any ways. He just disappeared. He doesn't answer phone calls or e-mails.
So I have nothing for $1900.
