I booked tickets for La Scala Milan before leaving Australia early April 2012. Knowing we would be travelling I opted to pick up tickets from the box office on the day of the opera.
When we arrived to pick up our paid tcikets we were told Euroteam is not an authorised agent for La Scala and no tickets had been made available for us.
I hae tried contacting Euroteam but to date there has been no response.
