On April 17, 2012, I gave Mark Milton $450 to build a website and print banners for Unity Catholic High School Alumni. After a month he had not started the work, he claimed he was over loaded in work. We asked for a refund because we found someone else to do the work, he said fine. On May 22, 2012 Mr. Milton came by my job and gave me a check for $450. I deposited the check the same day. The very next day, I went back to the back to get the money to pay our new contact. Mr. Milton's check did not clear. Sent him a text message. He text back "what's wrong", have not heard from him. Did a google on Mr. Milton he has charges of felon and theft by deception. I have pictures of him and license plate are car driven and his URL to his facebook account.
