Bogus tracking information, no reply from customer service, and no refund after requested
On May 30, 2012 I paid $79.00 for Order #195800095, I was immediatly sent a bogus tracking #, USPS was not able to confirm that the product was ever shipped. I contacted customer service and asked why this was an issue and was told that the product was out of stock and would be sent the following day on Friday June 1, 2012. When I checked USPS for shipping confirmation, the results were the same which was that the order had not been shipped. I later received a reply that from customer service stating that my priority shipping fee would be refunded, when I asked for a refund for my entire order, no reply was provided. I still have not heard from this business regarding my request, I do not which to conduct business with them.

  • I've been told that this order shows delivered according to USPS tracking. Please respond here to confirm. Per terms and conditions, refunds are not issued once the item has shipped. Customer service is top priority, so please let use know how you would like to proceed.

  • Please confirm that my request for a refund was submitted BEFORE the product was actually shipped and that it wasn't until I sent a final email to customer service stating that I had made a complaint with the BBB that a reply was give to me........a reply NOT regarding my request for a refund, but instead stating that my order would instead be shipped; thus, making a refund null and void according to "terms and conditions". #crafty

  • Just FYI, the USPS tracking is beyond our control. They use the same shipping method as all other major online merchants tied to a universal system. The numbers CAN'T be bogus. Your order was in the que to ship the VERY next day from original order. Those tracking numbers from USPS usually don't show anything until the shipment is on the delivery truck in your local area. This is BEYOND their control. Your request must have been made during shipment processing. Their is no system known in this universe that can pluck an order from a shipping fulfillment line. Contact customer service via email with your order # and reference this website. They will give your further instruction for the refund you immediately requested.

    This board is out of hand. Public posting of false information implicating companies in the wrong by showing only one side of the story. Each of these stories are resolved 100% even when it's at a huge cost to the companies because consumers don't want to take responsibility in their purchases. The stories of happy customers, resolves, and going above and beyond even for those bad customers NEVER get told nor do these show resolved when they are. Beware scambook.com, legal parties are watching and companies are co-oping together to stop the unfair defamation and slander of companies through this website.

    They took my payment then told me I had to wait for my item to be approved,I was unhappy with the service and was dubious of the company as the emailed sent from gs labs were full of spelling mistakes,I cancelled my order A FEW HOURS LATER, they confirmed by email straight away that my order was cancelled and a refund issued,then the next day maybe 2 days later they send me a shipping number! I've contacted them asking them why they have shipped the product when they confirmed my order was cancelled and a refund issued,they haven't bothered getting back to me,will I seethe refund THAT I AM LEGALLY OWED or will they try and not pay,I think the latter

  • @Lara29 - Best wishes on getting a refund. I was not sent a refund even though I requested it, they instead sent me their worthless product. Per the policy, no refund after the product has been shipped. I asked for a refund BEFORE they sent the product & was stuck with a product that DID NOT WORK for me, I didn't even experience energy let alone a decrease in appetite.

  • Crooks,I also cancelled it well before they shipped it,I've received an email today informing me that my order was cancelled and money refunded on the 24th and that my order shouldnt of been shipped,but that's all it said,it didn't explain anything else as what I should do with the order etc just I'm not hopefull! Laura xxx

    You have multiple posts, claiming $125 not refunded when in fact your order total came to $81 and it was indeed refunded.

    Meshelle1, PLEASE post your order #. We will make sure you not only get a full refund, but we will send your our NEWEST formulation that has been flying off the shelf. It's not the best for energy, but it is incredible decreasing appetite. When taking them, users are experience normal hunger craving, but they get extremely full after 1/2 of their usual portions. We will gladly send you the number of bottles you previously ordered of the new formulation ABSOLUTELY FREE and make sure you are fully refunded from your previous order. Simply post your ORDER number here so we know it is you. All we ask in return is a FOLLOW-UP of resolution, something that NO ONE ELSE here is willing to do.
