I received a sms informing me that R837.68 has been paid from my credit card which I knew nothing of. I have not ordered anything of this nature from this company and they have not supplied me proof of an order.
I tried to call the support centre , the line seems to be dead.
I sent an e-mail to the support

I received this sms on 02 June 2012 informing me that the amt reflected below has been paid from my credit card, I have no recollection of ordering anything from your company and have not approved such payment. Kindly refund me my money, this is an illegal transaction and I have already reported it to the bank security.
Please send me proof of my order should you wish to defend yourself.

I didn't even get an sms! The amount of R775.55 was debited from my FNB credit card.
