I was trying to apply for a pay day loan on line and this outfit took the money out of my account. due to this I am now overdrawn with my bank account. The check they submitted was with the same bank that I bank with. Bank of America stated I have to wait till monday to dispute this check. I need the money my son deposited in my account today since I am having to sit at the hospital with my son-in-law in ICU. Please tell me there will be a class action lawsuit against this company.
