so sick of this company!i paid $26.50 for my unlimited talk n txt but have not received it and its been six hours!! i tried getting in touch with them but it wont let me speak to a live person and keeps hanging up on me!!what do i do?

OK i know your feeling on this about the 26.50 crap yes i did pay for it myself. But this is what happened i paid for it on the first of the month an then when my normal mins got added to the phone. it become unlimited txt an talk i peronal think if you dont have any min on your phone an trying to do this you have to wait until the reload on the 5th of the month bc i waited 5 days an now i am on it but i had NO money or mins on the account to make calls they told me 4 hours an it ended up being 5 days untill i could use the phone like i wanted to. an when i tryed calling them they kept saying they where having problems with there phone systems an it kept hanging up on people an such so ya it pissed me off but now my phone is working like it should now. as for next month we will see how it goes. hope this helps someone out.
