I was told that my computer was severely infected and would be damaged if I did not install their software. The person said they were the windows support team from microsoft. My computer was running very slow at the time, so when I was shown a screen on my computer that indicated red "error"signs, I assumed this was the case. The gentleman told me that his technician could check out my computer and install security software that would eliminate my problem, secure my computer from hackers, and make my computer run more smoothly. I paid 399.99 for 5 years protection. When I realized this was a scam, I tried to get a refund, but
