I recently saw a $499 purchase on my discovercard from INTEL las vegas, nv purchased on my card on 5/12. I had no clue what that was, and the only thing that came to mind was that same $499 purchase i made back in January to associated accounting of florida. I'm very quick with communication and was promised the world that they would reduce my rates and call me the next day. Nobody called so I had to chase them down. Still nobody called. Then I was told some guy tom was going to call but he got sick, then didn't work there anymore. I fought and fought and sent countless emails and phone messages. I even fought with some manager who was disrespecting me big time. Once they told me i would get a refund, then they didn't, then I spoke to 5 different people, until some guy matt called me. This guy then told me only one of my cards can be reduced, after their company told me all 3 of my cards can be reduced. I was promised in writing all of that, then they told me only one. I was so dissatisfied with their service and they still wouldn't give me a refund. This guy matt never called back, and now i see a new $499 statement on my card. I knew it was them right away, and when i called both numbers, 772-344-2556 and 877-982-7526, it says both are disconnected. Even the website has a form you can contact them but nobody gets back to you. I am now out almost $1000. i've got so much proof and records of all the emails i sent, and calls i made just for them to do their job, and i never got anywhere. I don't even know who contact about this because i wanna sue them. Incase anyone else is having these issues, here's a few emails i have stored incase you wanna email them. I'm just so furiated on how much i went out of my way to contact them, and spoke to 5-6 different people everytime and never got anywhere, so it's obviously a scam, and i have all my records saved. I wish i can get my money back.
