I responded to an online advertising for OrganaSlim products where i would get a sample of the product, try it out and then see if it works for me and if not, then phone them to cancel the order before i was charged the full amount. On the 31st of May 2012, my credit card was charged with R842, of which i had NOT received the trial products and the date for me to cancel the product before i was charged was the 8th of June 2012, the date has not even arrived but i have been charged the ridiculous R842 yet the trial samples havent even arrived. After a week of responding to the ad, i called to find out where my order was as on the website they said they would deliver the items within 48 hours, they told me that they are experiencing problems with customs and that i will be receiving my order very soon, and its almost a month now and i have no samples, my credit card has been charged and i cannot get hold of them, please help, i want my money back.
